WHAT'S THE 411 ON SHIPPING?

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

White Plum uses USPS priority mail and uses USPS rates and the weights of the products to calculate exactly how much your shipping costs. White Plum does not profit off of your shipping. we strive to provide you the lowest cost possible.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We offer shipping to all US locations and territories, as well as international shipping.

HOW CAN I VIEW MY ORDER STATUS OR TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

After payment has been made, it can take up to two days to process your order.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Standard delivery times are 5-9 business days, but overnight and two-day delivery are available for an additional fee.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please check your order details and personal information to ensure it is correct.

WHY HASN'T MY PACKAGE ARRIVED YET?

Shipping may be delayed due to holidays, weather, and customs. Please check your tracking number and then feel free to contact customer service at White Plum to find out the status of your package if you feel it is delayed.

WHAT ABOUT SALES TAX?

We are required to collect sales tax only in states where we have a physical presence. Since we are based in California, if you are not a resident of California, you don't have to pay sales tax.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?

We buy from so many different designers that we don't have a standard size chart. We try to be as detailed as possible about each item’s fit and size on individual product pages.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

White Plum accepts returns within 14 days of when you received your order. Please head over to the Returns FAQ for instructions and details on returns.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

White Plum accepts all major credit cards, and Paypal.

DO YOU DO PRICE MATCHES OR ADJUSTMENTS?

We do not offer price matches or adjustments.

CAN I COMBINE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION OR COUPON IN THE SAME ORDER?

No, you can only apply one coupon or promotion to our already affordable prices.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

No, in order to bring you competitive pricing and fast delivery, White Plum does not currently offer gift wrapping.

MY FAVORITE ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT COME BACK INTO STOCK?

White Plum doesn’t always reorder your favorite items. If we do plan to offer an item after it has sold out, we’ll offer you the chance to add your name to our restock waitlist. When the item is back, we will notify you by email.
