We know that returning product can be a pain! So, we’d like to make the return process as stress-free and painless as possible. Here are White Plum’s guidelines for easy-breezy returns:
- You must notify us via email within 14 days of delivery with any concerns about your order.
- If we approve your return, it must be postmarked no later than 5 business days from the time of contact with us. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- The item cannot show signs of wear/washing
- The item cannot be a part of our Clearance Collection on www.whiteplum.com.
Exchanges: We cannot offer exchanges on our products due to the large volume of orders we fulfill. We encourage you to reorder desired items at your convenience.
I don't like my item, or it doesn't fit: We really try our best to take accurate pictures and write accurate descriptions, but we understand sometimes the item does not fit as anticipated. Please note that if this is the case, we are not responsible for covering the cost of return shipping or refunding original shipping costs.
Please feel free to use the shipping method of your choice. Please email your return tracking number to Customer Service after the return has been sent. Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks after you send us the item(s) to be returned.
Damaged/Incorrect/Missing items: If the error was made by us (you were sent the wrong item, damaged upon arrival, etc.), we sincerely apologize, and are happy to send a prepaid return label upon your request. Just be sure to send us an email within the 14-day window. If you are missing any item that you ordered, please let us know within 14 days.
